ORDER & PAYMENT:
How can I search for a specific item?
To order a specific item, please enter the item number in the search field in the upper right corner. If you don't have the item number handy, you can search by the item name or a related term.
What payment options do I have?
You can pay via TWINT, PayPal, Visa, or Mastercard. All TWINT, credit card, and PayPal payments are processed via secure connections on the provider's servers. We never store TWINT, credit card, or PayPal data from our customers.
How do I receive my invoice?
We will send your invoice by email. You can also quickly and easily request a copy online via your customer account. If you need a physical invoice copy, please send us a message to shop@blashy.ch with your customer number and the invoice date.
Buying on account in Switzerland?
In Switzerland, you can pay by invoice with a 14-day payment term. --> This is not currently possible.
Where can I find the terms and conditions of BLASHY Group GmbH?

Are the prices shown with or without VAT?

Your personal customer account allows you unrestricted use of our BLASHY SHOP and makes shopping more pleasant and faster for you.

You can easily set up your Blashy customer account when you place your first order.
I've forgotten my password – what now?
Click on the "Forgot your password?" link when logging in.
How do I register at the BLASHY SHOP?
If you're not yet a customer, simply create an account during your purchase. Next time, you'll only need your email address and password to log in. If you already have a customer account, you can simply log in with your email address and password.

I haven't received an email with tracking information – where is my package?
We will send you the tracking number by email. If you haven't received a tracking number, please email us at shop@blashy.ch . Your package is insured.
How much are the shipping costs?
Switzerland and Liechtenstein:
We ship your package via Swiss Post A-Post: CHF 12.95 (1-3 days) and B-Post: CHF 9.95 (2-4 days). Your package is insured. You can track its exact location using the tracking number. Orders over CHF 250.00 (excluding VAT) ship free of charge.
What should I do if my goods were damaged in transit?
Please contact us immediately. Unfortunately, we cannot consider any complaints made after this time.
Where is my order?
As soon as we hand your package over to the post office, we will send you your tracking number by email. If you haven't received a tracking number, please email us at shop@blashy.ch . Your package is insured.
Is there a minimum order value?
In the BLASHY SHOP there is no minimum purchase quantity and no minimum order value.
Can I also order if I live outside of Switzerland?
We currently only deliver your package to Switzerland.
